The annual meeting of Bohemian Toastmasters members will be held at the Monarch vinný sklep, a wine cellar in the center of Prague (instead of our regular meeting at UNYP). The entire evening will be a social event celebrating our great start and looking forward to the successes we envision for the 2007–2008 Toastmasters year.
Agenda:
- Reports by Executive Committee
- Confirmation of Executive Committee
- Election of new Vice President of Public Relations
- Voting on important BTM issues
- Fun, socializing and wine!
In order to vote on the important issues, confirm the Executive Committee, and elect a new Vice President of Public Relations, we need a quorum (at least 50% + 1) of our active members present at this meeting – a minimum of 15 active members (you!).
Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible at this once-a-year event, specifically held on our regular meeting day to make this possible.
If you would like to run for the office of Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR), nominations are still open.
The VPPR will join the other members of the Executive Committee to lead your club in 2007–2008:
- President – Monika Jeřábková
- Vice-President, Education – Liz Gravell
- Vice-President, Membership – Leigh Ann Stouffer
- Treasurer – Paul Talacko
- Secretary – Milan Brunclík
- Sergeant-at-Arms – David Talacko
